Warranty
TALLISMA offers a one-year warranty on all designs against manufacturing defects counting from the date of the invoice.
The activation of the guarantee will be subject to an evaluation by TALLISMA handcraft team in order to ascertain the nature of the defect. In this regard, we request that you send an email to info@tallisma.com containing the purchase data, a description of the defect, and an illustrative photo. Then, accordingly to the opinion of our technicians, we will ask you to send the piece back or not.
Once and if the manufacturing defect is confirmed and the warranty is activated, TALLISMA undertakes to repair the piece free of charge or to replace it with an identical one. In situations of stock rupture or line discontinuity, we will refund all the money. All shipping costs for this process will be on us.
The warranty does not apply to the following cases, which may be considered negligent use and/or possession:
– Oxidation due to exposure to water or chemical agents such as those specified on the Jewelry Care page.
– Normal daily and timely wear and tear of the jewelry.
– Accidents, blows and bad conservation, cleaning and handling practices.
– Attempts to repair or modify the design by the customer, technicians, or workshops other than TALLISMA’s or simply by third parties.
– Loss and theft.
Any anomaly detected at the time of delivery of the product must be reported within a 14-day period via email info@tallisma.com, so that we can, as soon as possible, fix this situation, as we explain more accurately on the Exchanges and Returns page.
TALLISMA provides a maintenance and repair service always available to you for situations not covered by the warranty. This service is available by e-mail to info@tallisma.com. We will be asking for a photo of the product so that our technicians can evaluate it and offer a budget to fix it and put it brand new.
