Welcome to TALLISMA.
This page presents the Terms and Conditions that regulate the operation of our e-commerce shop and our business model. It is critical that you read and know them before purchase anything with us. The further exposed on this page provides the legal contractual basis for the transactions we carry out with you.
The purchase of any TALLISMA product presupposes the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions explained below and is therefore linked to them.
The Terms and Conditions we propose here can be changed at any time and without prior notice. Any changes, nonetheless, will always be communicated on this page in an updated version of this same text. Therefore, we suggest checking our Terms and Conditions from time to time, specially before making a purchase.
To be able to buy with TALLISMA, you must be over eighteen years old or, possibly, minor but with the express authorization of your legal guardians.
All prices on the TALLISMA website include the legal VAT rate in force of 23%.
We reserve ourselves the right to change the price of an item at any time. Whether for promotional purposes, to adjust to new market prices such as the raw materials or the shipping costs or for any other reason. The final and updated price will always be displayed on the product page, except if a typographical error occurs.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of each product, as they are calculated only on the Checkout page and automatically added to the final order value. All values that make up the final purchase price will appear on that same page.
TALLISMA offers shipping costs for purchases over €60 to Portugal and €100 worldwide in products (the value of shipping costs are not to be counted).
Shipments and Deliveries
TALLISMA sells its articles worldwide and our orders are always delivered by your local postal service. Expected delivery times are 1-2 working days for mainland Portugal, 2-4 working days for the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores, 4-7 for Europe and 7-14 for the rest of the world. These deadlines are estimated for normal shipping, transportation and delivery conditions, and may not be met under exceptional situations.
Our shipments are always registered and traceable, which allows you to follow the delivery route on our website’s Track Order page. TALLISMA is not responsible for damage suffered or loss in the transportation process. We explain everything in detail on the Shipments and Deliveries page.
We accept changing completed orders as long as we are warned before dispatch. Contrariwise, we do not accept the cancellation of completed orders even if we are contacted before shipment.
Exchanges and Returns
You have 14 days, from the date of delivery of the order, to exchange or return any item. To request the exchange or to return an item you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, the reference of the models you intend to return and the reference and size of the products you wish to receive in exchange. TALLISMA reserves the right to assess the condition of the pieces you send back and to be able to reject the exchange or return if we conclude that the item is not in the same condition in which it was sent. Warranty and Certification
All TALLISMA designs provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of issue of the invoice. The warranty does not cover cases that might configure negligent use, possession or storage. If we prove the origin of the defect in the manufacturing process, we guarantee the replacement of the item by an equal one or the refund of the value spent, both without any cost to the customer. The materials used by our production and the designs itself are certified and marked by the Contrastaria do Porto da Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda, the public body responsible for authenticating precious metals in Portugal.
If, by any accident or just by the passage of time, your favorite TALLISMA piece needs a repair, we provide a service for worn out and/or damaged items.
To do so, just send an email to email@example.com with a photo of the piece in question for evaluation by our technicians and we will get back to you with a description of the possible intervention and its respective budget.
