Exchanges and Returns
TALLISMA accepts exchanges and returns of products within fourteen days, in line with what we consider to be an increasingly simplified and fair digital commerce for the company and our customers.
We reserve the right to evaluate the conditions of the returned products and to be able to reject the return or exchange if their tampering is proved during the period in which it was in the customer’s possession.
Whether in exchanges or returns, the customer will bear the cost of shipping, with the exception of cases of a manufacturing defect.
TALLISMA does not hold itself accountable for the loss of orders throughout the postal service. We suggest that all shipments made to our address are made by registered mail.
Compliance with all the following procedures always understands the delivery of the products under the conditions of reception.
TALLISMA exchanges products within a maximum period of fourteen days from the day of receipt of the order. To do so, just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, reference, and size of the products you intend to return and those you intend to receive in return.
From that moment, the following steps will be triggered:
– We will reply in two business days in an e-mail where we will inform you about the availability of the exchange items and the difference to be paid or returned, by the customer or by TALLISMA respectively, in the case of items of different values.
– You must send us the parts to be returned within five working days from the date of our reply email.
– If our services confirm the integrity of the parts, the settlement of payments must be carried out within five working days by the customer or in three by TALLISMA. After this process, the new order will be sent to you within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with a TALLISMA product you have the right to repent and cancel the purchase. You can therefore request the return of the products you purchased and the refund of the amount you invested, excluding shipping. To do so, you have a period of fourteen days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to signal this desire.
Our return process follows these steps:
– You must send an e-mail in which you will inform us of the intention to return the item(s) while indicating the order number and the references of what you want to return to our email email@example.com. We will respond within a maximum period of two working days.
– From the date of our reply, you have five working days to return the items.
– If our services confirm the integrity of the pieces, a process that will last no more than five working days, we will inform the customer of the acceptance of the entire process and will refund the value of the products within a maximum period of five working days. If we conclude that the item(s) is not accordingly to the expedition conditions, we will reject the return process and send the piece back to you upon payment of shipping costs.
– If we conclude that the piece is not as it was when we send it, we will reject the return process and send the piece back to you as soon as you pay for the shipping.
