Tallisma and all its pieces are thought, designed and produced in Portugal.
All TALLISMA's pieces are made of 925 sterling silver, whose composition is divided between pure silver,92.5%, and other noble materials, 7.5%, such as copper, adding robustness and durability to the silver. The silver-colored pieces are rhodium-plated and the silver-colored pieces are gold-plated. The plates given, in addition to the tone and the desired colour, offer the piece a longer wear, its luster and politeness. Sure you can! We strive to be an ethical business by protecting all the environment, all people involved in our production chain and, of course, our customers. The main responsible for allergies to the use of jewelery is nickel, an element completely banned from TALLISMA’s production.
All the components we work with are hypoallergenic and, therefore, very unlikely to cause allergic reactions. However, as in everything, we cannot guarantee the absence of reactions, because it depends on each skin and on each organism. If you do not adapt to the piece, contact us so that we can help you and provide feedback on these cases.
Unfortunately, not forever. The original shine of the pieces fades after a time that varies depending upon its contact with chemicals, liquids, rough surfaces and even with the PH deregulations of the skin itself. The less contact the jewelry have with these substances, the greater their longevity is. Payments, shipping and deliveries.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
The shipping costs €3.99 to Portugal, €5.99 to Europe and €9.99 to the rest of the world. We offer free shipping in orders above €60 to Portugal and above €100 worldwide.
It is possible to modify the final order if you contact us before the shipping takes place, but it will not be possible to cancel it. If you wish to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible through the email adress firstname.lastname@example.org.
After payment confirmation, we will proceed as soon as possible to send the order. If payment is made until 2 pm on a business day, shipping will be made on the same day. If, on the contrary, payment is made after that time, the order will only be dispatched on the next business day.
Order shipments are made on weekdays only. Orders and payments made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
It depend upon where you live but generally speaking the estimates go like this:
1-2 working days for mainland Portugal;
2-4 working days for the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores;
4-7 working days to Europe;
7-14 working days to the rest of the world.
This deadlines are always counted from the dispatch email notification, being merely indicative and estimated for normal shipping and transportation conditions. Those can be naturally affected by events such as strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, wars or others.
We ship all orders by registered mail, providing you a Tracking Number for consultation here. That allows you to follow its itinerary and provides greater control and security to our deliveries. If the deadlines are overcome, you should contact your local postal service to find out about the situation.
Exchanges, returns and warranty.
No problema whatsoever! You have 14 days, counting from the delivery date, to exchange or return any item. Check the Exchanges and Deliveries’s page for more detailed information. Exchanges and Returns explicamos tudo em pormenor.
We request you to send us an email to email@example.com with the order number and the references and sizes of the items you wish to return and / or exchange. We walk you through the entire process of exchanges and returns here.
We will urge you to get in touch with us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, reporting the situation within a maximum period of 14 working days. Upon an assessment of the nature of the damage, we will provide a new piece or refund the value as soon as possible. This entire process will, of course, be our responsibility.
